Your balance must be paid no later than the week prior to vehicle pick-up. The balance is the remaining amount due after the deposit has been paid.

If the booking takes place one week or less before vehicle pick-up, the total amount must be paid in full. This amount is non-refundable.

The security deposit must be paid before taking custody of the vehicle. It will be fully refunded upon return of the vehicle, provided that no damage has been found.
