GUIDELINES FOR PROPERLY LOCATING PHASE 1

Here is an aerial view of the land (4 hectares) divided into 29 lots. The dark areas have been cleared and burned according to local customs. The light area has been cleared. The green areas are in the forest. PHASE 1 is located on lots 1 to 5, covering an area of approximately 6,500 m².

PHASE 1 corresponds to the establishment of the core of Domaine Solars, sufficient infrastructure to launch the project, begin our activities, and live in a pleasant and self-sufficient environment in the style of a gated community.

South of PHASE 1, there is a natural tree barrier corresponding to lot 6, which separates PHASE 1 from the upper part of the land where lots 7 to 14 are for sale and where villas will be built and offered for sale. We also plan to build mini-houses in the forest area (lots 27 to 29).

THE ELEMENTS THAT MAKE UP PHASE 1

The following images represent the elements that make up PHASE 1. These elements do not currently exist on site. This is what we plan to build with our investors. Each element has a number that allows it to be located on the PHASE 1 plan. The images were generated using AI (Gemini) and are presented for illustrative purposes only (engineering plans and surface areas are yet to be determined).
